I have always had a passion for cooking and creating new and exciting dishes. Being a mother of two and a busy working woman, I know how challenging it can be to find the time and energy to prepare healthy meals for your family. That's why I started Mommy Bear Rocks, to share my love for cooking and to help others find easy and delicious vegetarian recipes that everyone in the family will enjoy.

On my website, you will find a variety of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks and desserts. All of my recipes are made with fresh, whole ingredients and are designed to be easy to follow for cooks of all levels.

I believe that a plant-based diet is not only good for our health, but also for the planet. That's why I also include information on how to make sustainable choices in the kitchen, such as using seasonal and locally grown produce, reducing food waste and minimizing packaging.
